Chief Executive officer/Director of Lanka Rain Water Harvesting Forum (LRWHF) since its inception in 1996. LRWHF is a non government no profit organisation working to promote Rain water Harvestign for domestic use in Sri Lanka.
Hydrobiologist with a PhD in Environmental Science, from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka on M.Sc. in Aquatic Resource Management from King’s College London, B.Sc ( Honours) in Applied Biology from University of Wales, UK.
